
Pamela Kluth
As Founder and President, Pamela brings over two decades of business experience and vision to successfully directing the strategies and operations for CaresTech as well as other businesses. In 1999, she founded CaresTech to meet the growing demand for technical services in the small business sector. Pamela knew that businesses needed to have thrifty and cost effective solutions installed and knew that delivering it with integrity was critical to maintaining the long-term business relationships she was accustomed to.
Prior to CaresTech, she founded a company that provided telecommunication network designs for major Corporations throughout the world. With designs that cost millions of dollars to build, the success of her first company was due to the experts she had on board and the integrity in which she conducted business.
Pamela is a telecommunication engineer and is called upon to advise in matters of building broadband and internet infrastructures; municipal franchise negotiations; she is an advisor to investors on technical matters; is considered an expert in HIPPA security regulations and sits on numerous advisory boards.
Damion Harlan
As Co-owner and CIO, Damion brings a diverse array of technical knowledge to the table due to his variety and exposure to thousands of computer networks in both the Linux and Microsoft platforms.
Damion has a degree in Electronics Engineering from the ITT Technical Institute, has personally built and manages the CaresTech Web server banks, is the developer of a unique server clustering arrangement, and has written the code for our own in-house CRM program.
His primary function is to oversee and manage all technical staff and ultimately; our own servers. In addition, Damion acts as a liaison to determine the client's needs and matches up the right staff to do the job.
Along with his phenomenal technical abilities, Damion excels at listening and planning for the future needs of the client. He is the voice in all technicians' heads that makes them think thrifty and outside the box. His ability to translate techie to the non-technical combined with his endless reservoir of technical knowledge makes our clients wish he could be cloned. We try to achieve this in the people we choose to work under the CaresTech name.
